Overview
The Gen 10 is the original Hydrogen Fuel Systems model, developed in 2009 and patented in 2010 after years of Chemical Engineering and Metallurgy research. Originally designed for metallurgical uses — precipitating precious metals from catalytic converters — it was refined over years into the highly efficient on-vehicle HHO kit it is today.
The system is now mounted on a 2mm mild steel frame inside a DeWalt Toughbox 2 (53×34×35cm), marine battery box (41×21×35cm), or lockable steel/aluminium enclosure (45×30×35cm). The HDPE shell absorbs road vibration while the steel frame keeps all components rigidly secured — ideal for Australian outback trucking, mining and farming conditions.
Performance
Generates 3.2–3.6 litres of HHO gas per minute at 13.2V and 29–30A. A 2022 road test on a 27-tonne, 7.2-litre diesel truck recorded 31–32% fuel savings. Independent Saarthi reports confirm 36–42% savings on petrol vehicles in city driving.
Recent Updates (2024)
All Gen 10 units now ship with a 30A circuit breaker as standard. The new resin filter system produces laboratory-grade water (52ppm from tap water at 800ppm), preventing electrode oxidation and increasing gas output. One filter capsule produces 50,000 litres of pure water with a 5,000 hour service life.
Applications
Ideal for engines up to 4.5L capacity — cars, 4WDs, light trucks, generators. Two units can be connected in parallel for larger engines. Used successfully on 7.9L diesel motorhomes for towing.
