HFS Warranty Policy
HFS Pty Ltd warrants to the original purchaser only that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Products subjected to accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, improper transport, storage, use or application
- Improper installation, improper testing or unauthorised repair
- Cosmetic problems or defects from normal wear and tear that do not affect performance
- Products where the tamper-proof label has been interfered with (indicating unauthorised opening)
PWM Power Units & Pumps: These components are extensively tested before delivery. They can only be damaged by excessive current (electrolyte solution too strong) or incorrect polarity connection. Damage from these causes is not covered by warranty.
Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, the Product must be returned during the warranty period together with the original sales receipt (copies are not accepted). HFS will, at its option, either repair or replace the Product without charge.
This warranty is void if the product is opened, altered or damaged.
