Overview
The Gen 15 is the most popular HFS system for trucks, heavy 4WDs and commercial vehicles. Updated in March 2025, it generates 3.2–4.0 litres of HHO gas per minute at 13V and 26–40A — mounted on a 2mm steel frame inside a DeWalt Toughbox 2 (53×33×30cm high).
The HDPE DeWalt shell absorbs vibration from rough terrain while the internal steel frame keeps every component securely mounted. Legris glass-reinforced HDPE fittings handle all gas and fluid flow — heat and chemical resistant for the harshest Australian conditions.
Performance
Certified fuel savings of 35% on diesel vehicles. Clients have reported savings over 42% on open road driving. Bob Bishop recorded 51% fuel savings in his Nissan 4WD driving Australian outback roads. Keith B reported 45%+ savings in his 4.2L utility.
Applications
Ideal for trucks, mining vehicles, farming equipment and heavy 4WDs with engines up to 10 litres. Two units can be connected in parallel for larger engines. Extensively used on camper vans, gold prospecting vehicles in the WA goldfields, and commercial transport fleets.
Electrical Connections
8mm twin core B&S cable connects to the vehicle battery via a 40A manual reset circuit breaker and a constant-on 60A solenoid relay. Both parts are available in our shop.
